Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining

Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining in Denver

Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation from a Full-Service Denver Plumbing Team

Denver’s aging sewer infrastructure tells a familiar story. Clay and cast-iron lines installed decades ago now contend with root intrusion from mature trees, joint separation from expansive clay soils, and the repeated stress of freeze-thaw ground movement. Cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) is a trenchless rehabilitation method that addresses these issues without digging up your yard, driveway, or sidewalk.

The process inserts a resin-saturated flexible liner into the damaged pipe through an existing access point. Once positioned, the liner is inflated and cured using heat, steam, or UV light, forming a seamless new pipe inside the old one. The result is a smooth, joint-free interior surface that resists future root intrusion and restores proper flow.

Allen Service performs cured-in-place pipe lining in Denver as part of a full range of plumbing, drain, sewer, and restoration services. Call us at (970) 431-6574 to schedule an inspection or same-day service call.

Why Denver Homeowners Choose Allen Service

Many sewer contractors stop at the pipe. We don’t. Allen Service has served Denver metro homeowners and commercial properties since 1962, and our licensed plumbing team sits inside a broader home-services operation that covers heating, cooling, electrical, drain and sewer, and restoration. When a sewer inspection surfaces a secondary issue, such as water damage behind a wall or a drain backup tracing to another line, you won’t need to call a second company to finish the job.

Third-generation owners Jeff and Mike Allen lead a team trained on current methods and professional conduct standards. Each technician arrives in uniform, wears shoe coverings, and keeps the workspace clean. Our Allen Protection and Respect Guarantee backs that commitment: if a technician falls short of our professional conduct standards on your job, we provide four years of Service Membership at no charge.

Financing options are available for sewer repair and rehabilitation, and our Membership Rewards Plan gives enrolled homeowners priority scheduling and regular system checkups. Free estimates are available for CIPP lining and trenchless sewer work.

How CIPP Lining Works at Allen Service

Every CIPP project starts with a video pipeline inspection. A camera travels the length of the pipe, documenting cracks, root intrusion, corrosion, and joint separation. That footage determines whether cured-in-place pipe lining is the right method or whether a different approach, such as pipe bursting or direct replacement, fits the pipe’s condition better.

If CIPP lining is appropriate, the process follows a defined sequence:

  • High-pressure cleaning: Hydro jetting clears the pipe interior of debris, scale, and roots before liner installation
  • Liner preparation: A flexible liner is custom-fitted to the pipe’s diameter and length
  • Insertion: The liner is fed through an existing cleanout or access point, with no trench required
  • Curing: Heat, steam, or UV light hardens the resin-saturated liner into a rigid new pipe wall
  • Final inspection: A second video pass confirms the repair and documents the finished liner

Most residential CIPP installations in Denver are completed in a single day, with water service restored the same day. If the inspection or repair surfaces water damage or sewage contamination, our restoration team can address it directly, with no separate contractor needed.

Signs Your Denver Sewer Line May Need Attention

CIPP lining is well-suited for pipes that retain their basic shape but have developed cracks, corrosion, root infiltration, or joint separation. Pipes that have fully collapsed may require pipe bursting or replacement instead. Common indicators that a sewer line deserves a closer look include:

  • Recurring slow drains or backups at multiple fixtures
  • Gurgling sounds from toilets or drains after use
  • Sewage odors inside or outside the home
  • Unusually lush or wet patches in the yard above the sewer line path
  • A line that has been rodded or repaired more than once in recent years
