I have had my hot water heater, furnace, and AC all replaced by Allen, so I trust them. My new hot water heater started leaking, and they came out to service it. Come to find out, the expansion tank needed to be replaced. My tech, David Baker, came over. I was so impressed with this young man; not only did he explain everything to me in regular language and fix the problem, but he was fun to work with. My cat wouldn't leave him alone.
