Since we have an annual contract with Allen, we trust the cost is competitive and within normal plumbing pricing standards.

Service on Sunday to repair a hose bib. The technician, David, did an excellent job explaining the work needed, and he identified a couple of other minor plumbing repairs that could be quickly handled. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining each of the repairs. He executed the work efficiently and, based on my post-repair review, the workmanship was also excellent. Definitely will call Allen Service for any future plumbing work.
