Pete came out, assessed the situation, and knew immediately what was wrong. He fixed the problem and diagnosed what was likely causing the issue. Jerry was very professional and honest. He did his best to figure out the issue and explained what the next steps would be to get the A/C serviced.
Thomas & David came out to the house the same day as Jerry. They were extremely knowledgeable. They added a pressure gauge/valve so that the water pressure in the house would all be the same and regulate any pressure changes from the city water pressure. They had to drain the whole house to complete the repair. They informed me of what was happening every step of the way. Would 100% recommend Quality First.
