Had a major service line backup that resulted in a basement laundry room plus under-the-kitchen-sink flood of nasty water. Called these folks after 7. Eric Gandee arrived a little after 8. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the situation, he offered me several step-by-step options with pricing included. As I always do, I asked him, "How would you handle this if it was your house?" I chose that option, which was a basic snake/Roto-Rooter service on the main service line. The service line was not easy to get to, but he was diligent and creative and managed to open it up with minimum backflow into the laundry room. After rooting out the line, he performed several drainage checks from the sinks in the house to make sure there were no clogs. Eric was outstanding. He left NO mess, NO footprints, cleaned up after himself and more. This country could use more workers with his great attitude. Nobody wants to call a plumber until they have to. I would recommend this company if all of their techs are as good as Eric. Five stars.

Allen Service was here within 2 hours and had the job done within 1 hour. Gabriel had them dispatched quickly. Michael and Brian were friendly and knowledgeable and did the job right. I used Quality first in 2011 to help replace a spigot and put a new internal valve on that I can evacuate in winter. That old spigot was likely weather damaged but leaking in the basement wall from where it cracked, even though they are made to endure low temperatures and there wasn’t any insulation used to protect it in the wall cavity. Their service was an emergency and they were out promptly to get me helped out. I had just moved in and knew that spigot was leaking prior to moving in. I hope others find their service as good as what I had then. Now 2025, if I need their help I won’t hesitate to call.

Dustin was wonderful! Timely, friendly, and very courteous. He explained what work needed to be done step by step and was detailed in his explanations. His repairs were fantastic, exactly what we needed done. He cleaned up thoroughly after everything was finished. I'm so thankful they were able to squeeze me in on such short notice. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them and will be calling for future repairs.
