The new unit is perfectly quiet Feb 11, 2023

I called “Now Heating and Air” for a furnace repair. Miguel was the comfort advisor that initially discovered the problem. A failed sensor and blower motor were making my attic a giant hot spot and fire hazard. I was presented with a few options to repair/replace and chose to replace my 27-year-old unit. The quote I was given had an economical, ideal, and perfect option with details and prices clearly listed. Once I decided to move forward with the new unit install, the job was scheduled very quickly. When Johnny, Brian, and Rod arrived, they took great care to protect my floors and got right to removing the old unit. Once the new unit was in my home, the large box that remained was the perfect size for my one-year-old daughter to play in. Johnny took the initiative and cut out a door and window for her, and she basically spent the rest of the day playing in and coloring the box all over… so sweet. When the install was complete, I was shown photos (I didn’t want to climb into the basement) of the completed job, and the next steps were explained. The new unit is perfectly quiet and working great.

Purchased cleaning a year ahead of time. Tech arrived early, texted beforehand, and called when he got close. Justin was very personable and took time to get to know my dog, who was nipping at his shoes! Explained everything that was done and then made some recommendations on filters and on other things I can do to help keep the air cleaner in my home, as I’m on oxygen. Purchased my new heater from Now 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with all aspects of this company!! I look forward to a long relationship with everyone at NOW HEATING & AIR!
