I couldn't have been more pleased with my serviceman, Zachary J. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. My furnace had a dead bird in the pipe near the motor. He did a yearly maintenance service, cleaned out the bird, and got my heat back on. All this at 6:30 in the evening. He even noticed that my hot water didn't work in the bathroom, so he fixed that too. He is an awesome employee for Allen Services in Aurora, Colorado!

Our service provider, Sam, was very thorough and stayed until the job was completed, which took a bit longer than usual due to a few issues. He put our appliances back, cleaned up after himself, and even offered us a discount because of some of the issues and the time it took to complete the job. Sam was a very pleasant and polite young man. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things when he really could've been in a hurry to get done and leave. He even asked if he could check our furnace to make sure everything was good there before he left.

After informing me of the issues with my furnace, the age, the life span of the items, and choices I should think about. I was connected with sales to obtain a quote, looking at my options to replace parts and cost, or replace the unit long term with a warranty. I used Quantity First before, so the information of my unit was documented prior services, which I was informed four years prior, 2020, I would probably have to replace the unit. I'm from South Carolina, different units. Outstanding technician.
