I called last minute to have my furnace looked at. It was already 25 years old. Justin came out and gave me an honest assessment on fixing the problem. He was professional and didn’t try to convince me one way or the other to fix it or buy new. He explained a lot of things to me, and I appreciated his transparency. Ultimately, I did choose to purchase new since my furnace was so old. Justin referred me to Dylan, who gave me several options for a new furnace. Dylan was patient in explaining my choices and also offered some finance plans that were available and helpful since these new systems aren’t cheap! They were prompt in getting the appointment set up for install, and I appreciated their great communication, promptness, and professionalism! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a furnace / AC company!

We came home Sunday night to a very cold house. We called Quality First on Monday morning, and they sent a technician out right away. After a thorough inspection, we decided to replace our old furnace (it was 18 years old). The sales consultant came over on Tuesday, we went over the options, and on Wednesday they came and replaced our old furnace. Charles was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The crew finished the job within the timeframe promised and left my house clean, as if no job was performed. All the staff at Quality First were pleasant, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable!

We needed a new furnace (ours was leaking carbon monoxide). Chance the sales representative took his time to help us understand our options without any kind of pressure, and we enjoyed the process of deciding on our options in part due to his easy-going, informative style. Once we decided to move forward, Jason installed our furnace. He was thorough, mindful, and did quality work, making sure at each step that we were satisfied. Further, Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and his presence in our home during the installation felt both safe and peaceful, which I appreciated since there was significant time during the installation when I was home but my husband was not. Further, our cat who normally hides from strangers kept hanging out around the crawl space opening above where he was working. So funny to write in a review, but true that our cat also demonstrated that he felt safe with Jason. The initial tech Cole also rocked and also put me at ease. So overall a quality team who did a great job and we appreciate them.

Estevan and Eddie worked tirelessly to install a furnace in my house. It was not an easy project—second story in the ceiling. It was a very small space, and they had to make numerous trips up and down stairs carrying heavy equipment. They were respectful of me and my house. I would definitely recommend them.

My furnace went out right before temps were going to drop below 0 degrees. Mary (and Miguel - sales rep) at NOW saw my work order come through and immediately prioritized my replacement so that I had a new furnace and my pipes weren’t in danger of bursting. Mary and Johnny showed up 4 hours early to my house, explained everything, installed everything, and made sure it was working at 100% before they left. Anthony was very personable, professional, and gave information to me straight. He didn't make up stuff like other companies do to make a buck. After servicing my furnace, he found some things wrong and laid out all the options in order to get it to work. I went with a total replacement furnace which brought everything to code. I enjoyed having him in my house to do the work. Before making the ultimate decision on a replacement, Tera, Anthony's supervisor, got in the conversation about fixing the existing furnace or replacing it entirely. They laid out the groundwork, price, install time, and date, but the final decision was mine and mine alone. Never forced into anything. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
