Great service! A job well done by this company. They have great communication and their teamwork is fantastic. We had major repairs done including a new water heater and three in-ceiling/rooftop AC units installed. They came back for the city inspection and even waited when the inspector was delayed! I just had a very good experience with Quality First Service Group. They replaced my air-conditioning unit and were very conscientious, friendly, and helpful. In particular, Jason went out of his way to communicate clearly what they were doing, and they both had to put up with needing a delivery code that kept expiring to get in my building. They had originally said they'd be finishing up around 5 or 6 tonight but had the install completed about an hour earlier. Carson was very patient and tried explaining the inner workings of the heating and air conditioning systems and looked up my water heater to give me its age and discussed possible replacement options for future reference. He was thorough in explaining how the new system works. He also came back to sweep my floor. Carson and Jason clearly know their stuff and I will personally request them for my future service needs.

John Camp was our lead technician installing a new 5 ton A/C unit and associated components. His professional knowledge and easygoing demeanor were refreshing and stress free to us. First of all, they pick up the phone when no one else will. They came out and did an inspection. My wife received them while I was unable to be there, and she told me they presented very professional. They then came back, and Miguel and Ian were able to fit a new unit into my budget. Can you believe it? The unit was installed and running the next day! Very clean, professional, friendly, and efficient! Like the new unit I have now! I would recommend them any time.

Everything Went Great
This is the second time we have used Now Heating and Air. We needed our AC looked at because it stopped cooling. Fast response and the office sent Zack out to do a check. Zack did a great job, but it turned out we needed a whole new unit. We picked a Lennox system. The tech showed up on time and surprise, surprise, it was Johnny. He installed our unit 18 years ago. We Are Totally Happy
My husband and I have lived in our home for 53 years without air conditioning. In August of 2020, we chose Now Heating and Air to install our system. We are totally happy with every aspect of the installation and service help. This past weekend, our system had a problem and stopped working. I called first thing on Monday morning to schedule a repair tech. The scheduler was able to send a tech to our home early morning to fix what turned out to be a minor problem.
