I’ve been using Quality First (now part of Allen Service) for years, and as a multi-family maintenance professional, I can’t overstate how valuable it is to have reliable, experienced vendors for those larger, more complex repairs. Chris, Gavin, Sam, Zach, Carson, and their supervisors have consistently exceeded expectations across multiple properties. They’re not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but they also take the time to walk us through repair and replacement options, helping us land on the right decision every time. Their responsiveness is second to none. When I call, they’re on-site the same day and stay until the issue is resolved. I truly can’t recommend these teams enough. My property sends a lot of business to Quality First, and they have gotten us back to normal more times than I can count with our 50-year-old property at 333 units, but this specific shout-out goes to Zach, who is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. He has knowledge, is fair and consistent, and always takes time to communicate with our residents to ensure they receive not only a job that gets done correctly and quickly (which is super important), but also he excels in providing our residents with quality customer service. Dude is never frazzled, takes time to answer questions, and always gets the job done with a smile on his face. Thomas and His Whole Group Are Awesome Jun 13, 2024

I am the maintenance manager at Straight Creek Apartments in Dillon, Colorado. I have three buildings that were built in the early '70s, and I'm always having major plumbing issues. Ever since Thomas and his group have been taking care of my problems, they are able to fix everything from copper pipe, underground cast, boilers, pumps; you name it, they can fix it. Quality First is an excellent organization to work with. As a mid-size residential condominium building, we see a wide variety of plumbing needs from installations to repairs to general building improvements, and Quality First is our go-to supplier. When the dispatch team says, "And yes, I can help you," they mean it. I have worked with this company many times and can't say enough about the friendliness, professionalism, and competence of every member of the team, including dispatch, work teams, and accounting staff. As much as I would like to name individuals who provided exceptional service, the bar is pretty high here. My experience with every person has been great. It's a fact of life that sometimes a project doesn't go as planned in this or any field. Unforeseen problems can arise in spite of the best efforts, but what matters is how those surprises are managed. It's in these moments when Quality First truly shines. They approach every job with integrity and commitment, and when surprises pop up, they send whatever individuals or teams are needed as often as required to get the job done and get it done right. They are also fair, with no invoice-padding or attempts to inflate a project for their own gain. I recommend this organization very highly.
