I needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our place. Sam, HVAC field supervisor for Quality First, conducted a site visit and provided several options. He was patient and very helpful, answering all of my many, many questions. Carlos and Cole installed the new furnace and air conditioning unit in our place. This was quite challenging since they had to install the equipment in the crawl space, with barely enough headroom to sit upright. They did a great job, completing the installation in one afternoon. They left the place cleaner than they found it. Carlos answered all my questions about the operation of the new furnace and A/C. Sam, Carlos, and Cole were all extremely professional and courteous. Crystal, Alex, and Darin in the office were also very helpful in assisting me to get the work scheduled and answer my questions. And I very much appreciate the time that the manager, Audrey, took to address my questions about the warranties on the equipment. It was a pleasure working with each person on the team, and I appreciate the important work that each of them does. Thank you!

Miguel was very knowledgeable on the HVAC system, very quickly! He had a very good way of explaining the benefits of having to replace this system that we have since we moved into our home and how much a new system would save us so much money. From the problems that we were having, it would only benefit us the most to replace it with the best of the best. Thank you, Miguel, for making it easy on us, as it is very hard to make such a decision. AJ was exceptional, and he helped us with the electrical connection two times. He’s a wonderful tech of yours, and he definitely knows what he’s doing. We would like to praise Albert and Onturo for their efforts in handling the install of our new system. Now Heating has done a couple projects for me at this point from a full HVAC install to replacing my electrical panel and installing a sub panel. I've worked with AJ (electrician), Miguel, and Johnny, and they were all kind and professional and did incredible work. AJ specifically was great through some project scope changes on the sub panel and took time to really make sure I got what I needed. Miguel stayed an extra hour to explain things to me when quoting for the HVAC install after talking my partner through things while I was busy with work.

They worked hard, overcame challenges as they arose (older house where we replaced attic furnace and A/C), and were very communicative in terms of letting me know how the job was progressing. They were also very thorough in testing the new system and explaining how the unit worked and showing me the work they did. Had a full HVAC replacement. James came out to the house to assess current equipment and propose several different replacement options. He took time to explain each of the components and advantages of the different upgrade levels. Jessica was exceptionally helpful in answering finance questions and directing technical questions to other team members (Daniel and Damen). Installation team (Daniel, Jerry, Tony & Emilio) arrived as scheduled; professional, courteous, and tidy (shoe and floor coverings). Once the new system was installed, they cleaned up and provided a post-installation update. It was too cold on installation day to test out the AC portion of the new system, so Shane showed up a couple days later and spent time testing the AC and giving it the final approval. As their name suggests, Quality First is their mission statement. Would recommend this cohesive team to anyone looking for installation and repair services.
