I couldn't have been more pleased with my serviceman, Zachary J. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. My furnace had a dead bird in the pipe near the motor. He did a yearly maintenance service, cleaned out the bird, and got my heat back on. All this at 6:30 in the evening. He even noticed that my hot water didn't work in the bathroom, so he fixed that too. He is an awesome employee for Allen Services in Aurora, Colorado!

He put our appliances back, cleaned up after himself, and even offered us a discount because of some of the issues and the time it took to complete the job. After informing me of the issues with my furnace, the age, the life span of the items, and choices I should think about.
I was connected with sales to obtain a quote, looking at my options to replace parts and cost, or replace the unit long term with a warranty.
I used Quantity First before, so the information of my unit was documented prior services, which I was informed four years prior, 2020, I would probably have to replace the unit. I'm from South Carolina, different units.
