I have had my hot water heater, furnace, and AC all replaced by Allen, so I trust them. My new hot water heater started leaking, and they came out to service it. Come to find out, the expansion tank needed to be replaced. My tech, David Baker, came over. I was so impressed with this young man; not only did he explain everything to me in regular language and fix the problem, but he was fun to work with. My cat wouldn't leave him alone. He finished the job in record time. I will continue to support Allen.

He allowed 30 minutes to assure the hot water returned. A+ to Michael and thank you! My only rant is having to wait 4 days for service.

I purchased a water heater a little over two years ago and have never had a problem. A couple of hours ago, I noticed the water heater was making a funny noise and very lukewarm water. I called their customer service number, and they had a technician by the name of Josh out to my house within 45 minutes. Josh did an amazing job diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be a faulty part. Everything was covered under warranty, and an hour later my water heater was running like it never had a problem. I can’t say enough positive things about their service. They definitely stand behind their products, and their technicians are amazing.

Carson was my tech today, and he even fixed a toilet in my house that randomly broke yesterday in addition to installing a hot water heater and replacing a vent in my basement. I’m new to Denver and had never seen the water heater/air handler setup that’s in my condo. Thomas patiently explained how it all works and even drew me a diagram of how both heat and A/C work with the coils and pump and shutoffs. He also checked the equipment and advised me on average lifespan of equipment in this cold, arid, high altitude and provided approximate costs to replace. I was very impressed.

Thomas and his associate showed up on time, immediately put on shoe covers to protect my carpet, and were professional, courteous, and helpful!! Plus, because my system basically was able to start up and didn't need a repair, they gave me a deal on the service call and didn't charge me a full diagnostic due to my system being in working order. Who does that nowadays? HONEST Contractors — that's who! I'm having them come back because he also immediately saw that the pipe venting the top of my gas water heater was done incorrectly by whoever installed it and immediately gave me a quote that I could look at and approve. This company is not only concerned with fixing what's broken, but they are concerned with your safety and with correct installation that meets all applicable state building codes. I will be using them in future for every service I need that their company provides. THANK YOU!!

These guys were great! They sent out Chris to switch out a hot water heater after an existing system went bad in my unit at Kent Place Residences. Probably one of the nicest guys ever and did an amazing job. It literally looked all shiny/new, and they were great about keeping everything clean. Sometimes when it rains, it pours. And it quite literally did for us during the freeze in January 2024 when we had two dozen pipes that burst in our commercial property. Thomas worked for 2 days finding all the problems in our very difficult-to-navigate attic plumbing. He ensured everything was fixed and was reasonable with the cost. Because of this good experience, I then asked Thomas to take care of replacing my household water heater. Desiree and Holly helped get everything set up effectively, even when I had to reschedule. Thomas, Carter, and Chris were able to get it installed quickly and correctly (vs. the house builder who definitely did not). Carter and Chris are apprentices and they were fantastic, which I heard my dog also thought as she "assisted" with the install. I've already recommended the company to others and will continue utilizing them in the future.
