I had been having intermittent issues with my AC unit and it finally stopped working. I called and someone was dispatched and arrived within an hour of scheduling. Brandon Freed was extremely nice and kept me informed of the problems as he worked. He was able to get my 25 year old system working again. I will need to replace the unit soon but for the time being he was able to get it working! Very happy with the experience!

Very polite and respectful, great communication. The AC was making a clicking noise, which Chris checked out to be nothing related to the motor. Paid 89.00 for the service check. It turned out the clicking noise was the door vibrating when the unit was running.

Chris came out on a hot, 96-degree Sunday afternoon and performed persistent troubleshooting on my condo’s “First Co” air handler to eventually diagnose a loose connection near the switch.
