All of his communications were clear and easy to understand. We Have Found Our New Plumbing Company May 11, 2024

We reached out to Quality First on a Saturday, and they responded to assist us. We live in a mid-rise condominium building (5 stories). One of our water pipes was clogged and flooding an apartment. Chris (plumber) reacted immediately to the situation. He listened, asked questions, and was courteous. After investigation of the problem, he carefully explained the appropriate repair, which was snaking the line. He advised of the cost and timing. After authorizing, he went to work. I was impressed with his professionalism. Sadly, our previous plumbing company closed their doors last year, and we have been researching for a new company. We even tested a couple. After today’s experience and Chris’ expertise and genuine positive behavior… I believe we have found our new plumbing company with Quality First. 👍

Fantastic service and support. Our plumbing line to the kitchen sink started leaking at our condo and the initial plumbing company said they sent someone out, but after 3 hours of waiting we had to find another company. That's when we called Danny at Quality First and he got a hold of a service team (Zach and TJ) within 10 minutes while I was on the phone, and they arrived within 30 minutes. It was another emergency call for them at the end of an already long workday, but Zach and TJ were so nice about everything and had the leak fixed within an hour. It was nice to simply be able to call a company that did what they said they would do to help us out. Thank you!

After I saw a pipe leak in my ceiling at my condo, I had Quality First come out to fix the leak. Billy, Thomas, and David came out in the evening after a long day of work to help with my emergency. They were extremely knowledgeable, educated me on the causes of the leak, treated my home with respect, and made the repair experience as enjoyable as it could be!
