Nice company. Membership has good benefits for routine checkups. Technicians are always knowledgeable. Electrical check was good, but follow-up service estimate was too high and not appropriate for what was discussed with the technician for this visit. Last follow-up for furnace and water heater was fine.

I had an issue with a Ring doorbell in which the remote speaker was difficult to hear. Was about to trash my Ring doorbell system and go back to the old doorbell system. Was fortunate to call Allen Service, who sent technician Mathew Burch for a repair service.
