Service Warranties for Home Services in Denver Metro & Northern Colorado
Allen Service stands behind the HVAC, plumbing and other home services we provide across Denver Metro and Northern Colorado. Our warranties are designed to protect qualifying materials, components and workmanship while giving customers added confidence in repairs and installations. Coverage varies based on the service performed, equipment involved and membership status.
Standard Limited Warranty
Materials, fixtures and components supplied by Allen Service are covered to the full extent allowed by the manufacturer. Labor performed by our team is warranted against defective workmanship for one year from the date of completion. Repairs involving the rebuilding or replacement of internal wearable components, including faucets, ballcocks, sillcocks and other water valves, carry a 30-day warranty. If you are dissatisfied with covered workmanship, we will return and rework the repair or installation within the applicable warranty period.
Service Partner Warranty
Customers with an uninterrupted monthly Service Partner membership receive expanded warranty protection. The Service Partner Warranty extends the standard one-year labor warranty to two years and extends qualifying manufacturer parts warranties, normally one year, to two years. It also includes the Two-Year No-Lemon Guarantee and Two-Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Membership must remain active throughout the warranty period for this coverage to apply.
Drain Stoppage Warranties
Allen Service provides a 30-day stoppage warranty for floor drains, floor sinks, mop sinks and yard drains. Other main drains and secondary lines carry a 120-day warranty unless different terms appear on the invoice, with a maximum of one stoppage re-service. A one-year main line stoppage warranty may be available when an Allen Service supervisor is permitted to inspect and verify the condition of the main drain line using a drain camera.
Two-Year No-Lemon Guarantee*
If a covered component or appliance fails as described within two years, Allen Service will replace the affected component with a complete new unit at no charge. Covered components include furnace or boiler heat exchangers, air conditioner and heat pump compressors and water heater tanks.
Two-Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee*
If reworking a qualifying repair or installation does not completely satisfy you, Allen Service will return and refund 100% of the value of undamaged, recoverable components and labor related to the original installation. This guarantee applies within the applicable two-year coverage period.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
Warranty coverage is subject to applicable terms, limitations and service conditions. Allen Service reserves the right to perform warranty work during normal business hours, and after-hours charges may apply. Travel and access fees are not covered or waived under warranties or guarantees. Customers may also need to provide identification, the original invoice and proof of monthly plan payments when validating a warranty claim. Commercial applications are covered only by the Standard Limited Warranty. Replaced parts or components will remain with the customer only when requested at the time of service.
