Part 1 - Called to have a gas line inspected, they had someone out by the next morning without a service fee. The plumber, Gabe T., was on time, professional, and upfront about his recommendation to start with the gas company. I appreciate their honesty! Will work with them again.
Part 2 - Turns out there was a leak and Xcel tagged out and turned off our gas. But Gabe helped escalate and we were fortunate to get Thomas, Carter, and Chris by that evening to replace a failed regulator. They had to go above and beyond by grabbing the part from a local supplier. But thankfully, they were able to get the leak fixed and tested. All of this before a snowstorm later that evening. Thank you to the trio for their hard work!
If I could suggest one thing to management, it would be to have each truck outfitted with test tools and replacement parts for these types of common repairs (from what I can tell).

We recently discovered a gas leak in our outside gas line just before a holiday weekend. As anyone who experiences this situation can attest, it's kind of a scary realization.
Luckily, Holly answered our call right away, talked through any worries we were feeling, and scheduled the earliest possible visit.
From there, an expert was dispatched at the time they said and promptly reviewed our leak. As things tend to go, the gas line proved to be a little bit of a challenge, but Billy not only took care of our issue, but went out of his way to find a way that worked. We truly felt taken care of and would use again!
