Called in the morning to have a baseboard heat water pump repaired or replaced, Brian came out just a couple hours later, got the old pump removed, put the new one in, got the system back online before 5, and gave me a bit better understanding of my system and was happy to answer all my questions. Perfectly happy with the service I received. I will happily call Quality 1st the next time I have any plumbing needs.
