We found none, so we suspect the sprinkler system is the culprit. He even recommended ways for me to diagnose the problem once we turn on the sprinklers again in the spring.

I don’t know about the business as a whole, but I want to commend Carson Wells for his professionalism and kindness. He spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to resolve a mystery leak from an upstairs unit after hours, consulting with a colleague and with the HOA, and keeping me informed. He was attentive and thorough, and did a great job of cleaning up. So appreciated.

After the first plumber stood me up, I called Quality First on the recommendation from a friend. Holly answered the call promptly and, despite my panic about the water coming into my bedroom, was reassuring and supportive. She was able to communicate with dispatch and keep me informed on timing. Brad arrived right on time and was great to work with. He was quick to assess the situation, explain the process to me, and get to work. Once he found the leak, he patiently explained what was going on and my options, and, even more patiently, answered my barrage of questions and "what ifs." This was a great experience -- and Quality First will always be my first call moving forward.
