Our furnace went out on a Friday night into one of the coldest weekends of the year! We called NOW Heating & Air around 8 PM, and they had a service technician out by 9 PM. We were so grateful to have Ian there working late on a freezing Friday night. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had to replace our furnace (15 years old), but Ian took the time to be very thorough and explanatory in his diagnostic findings as well as options to fix or replace the furnace. He treated us and our home as if it was his first job of the day. He called his associate Tera at 10:30 PM, and she was able to put together a list of packages and quotes and financing options for us. The time they took to explain our options, costs, pros/cons of each option really impressed us. They treated us like neighbors and couldn't have been nicer. NOW Heating & Air installed a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater that following Wednesday (all units were at the end of their life span and needed eventual replacing). They arrived to the job 8 AM sharp and did a great job installing everything, cleaning up, and getting our house nice and warm. Tera has been extremely responsive every time I've needed to get a hold of her for questions I've had. She is always so helpful and friendly.
