Vee, on the other hand, oh my goodness, we couldn’t get her to be quiet! 😂 All this is in jest. We had a great visit with Vee. She did a very comprehensive inspection and gave a clear explanation of options for us. We chose to have the ducts cleaned and also install an IAQ system after seeing the pictures of our duct work. She is friendly, very professional, and the entire visit was great. We enjoyed meeting her and her “co-worker” and look forward to seeing her again when she installs the IAQ system.

I had been having intermittent issues with my AC unit and it finally stopped working. I called and someone was dispatched and arrived within an hour of scheduling. Brandon Freed was extremely nice and kept me informed of the problems as he worked. He was able to get my 25 year old system working again. I will need to replace the unit soon but for the time being he was able to get it working! Very happy with the experience!

Service on Sunday to repair a hose bib. The technician, David, did an excellent job explaining the work needed, and he identified a couple of other minor plumbing repairs that could be quickly handled. Cole came to our house to do routine maintenance on our furnace. He noticed that we didn't have outside venting of our dryer. He said it could be a fire hazard for us. I called last minute to have my furnace looked at. It was already 25 years old. Justin came out and gave me an honest assessment on fixing the problem. He was professional and didn’t try to convince me one way or the other to fix it or buy new. He explained a lot of things to me, and I appreciated his transparency. Ultimately, I did choose to purchase new since my furnace was so old. Justin referred me to Dylan, who gave me several options for a new furnace. Dylan was patient in explaining my choices and also offered some finance plans that were available and helpful since these new systems aren’t cheap! They were prompt in getting the appointment set up for install, and I appreciated their great communication, promptness, and professionalism!
