I had been having intermittent issues with my AC unit and it finally stopped working. I called and someone was dispatched and arrived within an hour of scheduling. Brandon Freed was extremely nice and kept me informed of the problems as he worked. He was able to get my 25 year old system working again. I will need to replace the unit soon but for the time being he was able to get it working! Very happy with the experience!

I started with this company when they were NOW in 2012, and 13 years later, I have no regrets. I've had different service reps work on my furnace and condenser during that time. This is a review for the latest rep. Zach has been doing the inspections on the furnace and condenser for the past year. He always explains what he finds, including the pictures and all of the data. He just finished work on the condenser and showed me all of the current data and the data from the last inspection and how they compared to each other. He is always very thorough in his work and always polite. If you want someone who will do thorough, honest work for you, Zach's your man.

This guy Zach J. was so amazing. He went over all my questions, and I had many. He showed and taught me things about my AC that I didn’t know as a new homeowner. There was no pressure at all. He suggested things and even called his boss to have me ask the questions again just to make sure that I felt comfortable with the answers and the pricing. He will always be my technician. He remembers the little things from the last visit. That was such a good feeling. He is my guy. I am a nosy homeowner, and I am always wanting to learn. He is great!

Our A/C went out yesterday afternoon, so I submitted a request online last night. They called me first thing in the morning to let me know they’d come take a look. I called several other companies and not ONE called me back. Jeff showed up, diagnosed the problem (capacitor needed to be replaced), and fixed the system in no time at all. He really took his time to educate us on some different maintenance that should happen and things to look out for in the future. The folks at Now have always taken great care of our furnace and AC. Most recently, Zack came out to do a regular check-up on our AC unit and found it was not working optimally. He whipped up 4 different quotes so I had a choice on how to proceed, rather than just hitting me with sticker shock. He got the work done while being friendly, kind, and professional. And, when he pointed out I had wasps living in my electrical box, he gave me a tip on when to attack them.

Sam arrived to install several components to my AC. Several issues arose: the pump was the wrong pump, and the fan blade was stuck on the pump. He did get it off; however, it could not be reused again. Sam was very kind and concerned about no AC until Monday. He overnighted the needed parts; they won’t arrive until Monday a.m. Sam requested a portable AC unit; so far, it is working out well.

I can't say enough good things about Quality 1st. I've used them for over 3 years and am so impressed that I've joined their Quality First Service Club and will always use them from now on. My most recent experience, yesterday, was just an annual checkup on my heating and air conditioning equipment. From the time Katie answered my phone call, to when Nate arrived to do the service, to when Emily followed up to check on how the visit went, I was impressed with their friendly, professional, and caring service. This is a great company! Carlos came over to check on our A/C system as it was not blowing cold air. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and present us with options for repairs. We are very happy with his friendliness and professionalism. Esteban and Aiden arrived on time to replace the cooling coils on one of our AC units. They were friendly and efficient and left the work area very clean. I’m very happy with their work.

Can’t say enough about Carlos Villalta. He came to our house to check on our AC and ended up looking at much more: the dehumidifier, furnace, and mini split system. He also took the time to replace all our filters and, most importantly, took the time to educate my husband and me on all our systems and what we needed to do ourselves to maintain them. Can’t express how happy we are with NOW Heating and Air! Our AC stopped working in this crazy heat and all of the HVAC companies were either booked up or were charging way too much just to come out. Even though NOW Heating and Air was booked far out as well, they put us on the waitlist and eventually were able to squeeze us in earlier than the other companies! Justin was our tech/life saver and he was AMAZING. Justin was so kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how detailed and thorough he was when he was explaining what our issue was. Most importantly, he was able to fix the AC! Not only did he fix it, he found the actual root cause, and it didn’t cost us 5 times our mortgage (which another company quoted us). Thank you, NOW Heating and Air! You’ve got a permanent customer 😊
