I received three bids to install outdoor lighting. While the Quality First bid was more detailed and provided different options, it was not the lowest bid. However, Quality First was willing to adjust its bid to be competitive. But more than that, my contact Isaac was available for consultation about what owner provided lights to purchase. Isaac was a big help and he and Josh arrived on time, were personable, completed the project timely, and were willing to share their expertise.
