Nice company. Membership has good benefits for routine checkups. Technicians are always knowledgeable. Electrical check was good, but follow-up service estimate was too high and not appropriate for what was discussed with the technician for this visit. Last follow-up for furnace and water heater was fine.

I had an issue with a Ring doorbell in which the remote speaker was difficult to hear. Was about to trash my Ring doorbell system and go back to the old doorbell system. Was fortunate to call Allen Service, who sent technician Mathew Burch for a repair service. Mathew immediately identified the issue, installed an upgraded voltage regulator, and within 30 minutes had my doorbell system operating. Highly recommended service. And technician.

Frank and Tre did an amazing job addressing a problem with my electrical service where it connects to the meter. Frank assessed the situation, explained what he needed to do and why, and provided reasonable pricing. I felt like he wanted to fix the problem and didn’t try to talk me into additional work that wasn’t necessary. Another electrician recommended I replace everything, which not only wasn’t warranted, but would cost way more than I could afford. Frank kept me informed throughout the job and he and Tre cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Quality First and in particular Frank and Tre to anyone who needs electrical work done. They were professional, fair, thoughtful, and reliable.

I had Frank and Trevon from Quality First do a majority of the work on my home. Both of these guys were thorough, polite, and hardworking. A few unexpected issues popped up while they were performing their work, and they diagnosed the problems and fixed them in stride. It was a large job that involved a lot of stress for me, and they handled the work and customer service very well. They stayed late on one of the nights to make sure we had power overnight on a cold day, and I appreciated their willingness to do what was necessary. These guys deserve a promotion and a raise. Would work with them in the future without any hesitation.
