Had a leak start up from a drainage pipe in the ceiling. Billy responded to the call and worked hard to cut through old cast iron pipes and replace the damaged section. He was knowledgeable and hardworking. He didn’t complain once, even though he got soaked with drainage water at one point during the 4-hour job!
