Both Mike and Travis did a great job. They were very mindful of not tracking dirt into our house. Mike even put boot covers on the wheels of the sewer snake, which wasn’t an easy task. They both did the work we expected (line clean out) and were always professional. This is why we used APC (now Allen) in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a home inspector out for the house I was under contract to buy, and he discovered a sewer in severe disrepair. I called Quality First to come out and quote replacement of the sewer, and Thomas was who they sent. He checked over the report from the home inspector, reviewed his notes, and did a diagnosis all his own which led him to a proposal for replacement.
