My brother tried to replace my whole house water filter. In doing so, the valve that controlled water flow to the house broke off. I had no water to my house. I called and spoke to Jessica and explained the situation. So helpful, professional, caring, to name a few. She called T.J. True, who was the service expert on. He volunteered to do an additional call after his last call to get my water back on. Jessica called and let me know when he would finish his last call and when to expect him at my home. T.J. was very professional, explaining everything to me: what happened, what I would need, etc. The valve had rusted and needed to be replaced. He created a much better system for turning the pressure on and off. He was very efficient and managed his time effectively. I also noticed, thanks to T.J., an additional area of pipe that needed to be replaced and set up a follow-up appointment with the ever-efficient Jessica. What a team you have working for you! I have used Quality First in the past and will continue to do so. Your service specialists are the best! Thank you.

What an incredible group of people! From Crystal and Holly being so wonderful at communicating from the office and everyone being so punctual! A little back story here: my house was built in 1927, and over the years things have been added here and there. That being the case, my main water supply line from the street to the house was very old, galvanized ½" steel. Needless to say, the layout was not obvious. Brian, Ramondo, Chris, and Dennis all put their heads together until the problem was adequately resolved. They never got frustrated with me or the project; it was fun watching them work the mystery. The price didn't change until we determined and agreed that there were some things that were out of the scope of the original bid, which, by the way, was ⅓ the price of the other bids which I received. My water pressure is better than it has ever been here and might actually be up there with the best pressure I've ever had. I can't give these guys high enough praise and review! THANK YOU!

The job included cutting drywall to install shutoff valves to water lines. Chris did an incredible job making sure I knew exactly what was happening, what the outcomes would be, and coordinated with me so I could source an access panel that fit the hole he cut perfectly.
