Very happy with the experience!
I had been having intermittent issues with my AC unit and it finally stopped working. I called and someone was dispatched and arrived within an hour of scheduling. Brandon Freed was extremely nice and kept me informed of the problems as he worked. He was able to get my 25 year old system working again. I will need to replace the unit soon but for the time being he was able to get it working! Very happy with the experience!

Service on Sunday to repair a hose bib. The technician, David, did an excellent job explaining the work needed, and he identified a couple of other minor plumbing repairs that could be quickly handled. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining each of the repairs. He executed the work efficiently and, based on my post-repair review, the workmanship was also excellent. Definitely will call Allen Service for any future plumbing work.

Cole came to our house to do routine maintenance on our furnace. He noticed that we didn't have outside venting of our dryer. He said it could be a fire hazard for us. We appreciated this information very much! No one had ever told us before. We were given an estimate for venting it to the outside. Cole and Zach came to our house yesterday to do the installation. Both of them are such nice, friendly, competent people. They explained in detail everything they were doing. They installed it in a very efficient and quick way. We appreciated so much everything that they did. They are quality people and did quality work. They deserved and received high praise from us!
