I would hire this company 100% again
Jon came out to check a sewer leak and was great with explaining everything in detail (I’m out of state) and giving me all the details as well as numerous choices on how to correct the problem. I would hire this company 100% again due to him!

Zach Was Awesome
Zach was awesome. Our laundry and furnace rooms flooded due to blockage in our main sewer line. I called no less than 11 companies that advertised 24x7 emergency service. None of them actually has 24x7. Quality First was the only company that called me back and sent a tech. Zach was incredibly friendly, professional, courteous, and thorough. Give that guy a raise. :o)

His confidence and knowledge were tremendous
I had a home inspector out for the house I was under contract to buy, and he discovered a sewer in severe disrepair. I called Quality First to come out and quote replacement of the sewer, and Thomas was who they sent. He checked over the report from the home inspector, reviewed his notes, and did a diagnosis all his own which led him to a proposal for replacement. I knew this would be a massive project, but Thomas explained exactly how he and his team would take on the project and assured me it was something they could handle without issue. His confidence and knowledge and reassurance were tremendous, and I’m so glad I called Quality First and got to do business with Thomas!

I knew who to call
I woke up this morning to a backed-up main sewer line. Having had Quality First out to our house in the country in the past for 2 different jobs, I knew who to call. They were able to get me on their schedule and had Josh G show up 3 hours later. He was very professional and extremely thorough given that we're on a septic system. I will continue to call Quality First for all my plumbing needs.

Friendly and Customer-First Attitude
Carson came out to help us with sewage backing up in our basement. I really appreciate him coming out on short notice for a late night call. He was able to get the water draining again. Although there were some struggles and unexpected issues on his part, he maintained a very friendly and customer-first attitude.
Update 5/4:
Sewage started backing up in our basement again. We contacted Quality First and they sent out Brandon to try and resolve the issue under warranty. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t with our own plumbing but with the shared main sewer line for the building. Brandon called in Chris to help diagnose the issue and found the clog over 200 ft away from our basement drains. Together they made a very great team, were very transparent throughout the entire process, were very friendly, had excellent customer service, and expressed genuine concern for their customer. Overall, we’ll definitely reach out to them and this company for any future issues and maintenance.

Common Questions
What are trenchless sewer repair methods?
Trenchless methods, such as pipe lining and pipe bursting, allow repairs without disturbing the ground surface. These modern techniques are less invasive than traditional methods, making them a preferred choice for many homeowners.
How do I know if I need sewer repair?
Common signs include slow drains, unpleasant odors, sewage backups, or wet spots in your yard. If you experience any of these issues, it's a good idea to contact a professional plumber for an inspection.
Is sewer repair covered by homeowner's insurance?
Coverage depends on your policy. Some policies may cover sewer repairs resulting from sudden or accidental damage, but not gradual wear and tear. It's best to check with your insurance provider for details.
What causes sewer line damage?
Sewer lines can be damaged by tree roots, grease buildup, ground shifts, age, or blockages. Regular maintenance and inspections can help identify potential problems before they cause significant damage.
