Dallas just came out to our home from Allen Services to troubleshoot a leak that looked like a burst pipe. (It wasn't.) Boy, was he meticulous and thorough! It was a mystery, all that black ice snaking down the driveway from the spigot and surrounding exterior stone wall. It wasn't easy, but our Detective Dallas/plumber Dallas figured it out! Snow, melted by two dryer/heat vents positioned way up high, melted snow and ice that fell from quite a height, then splashed up all over the place, mimicking a significant leak. Highly recommend Dallas and Allen Services.
