Great service! A job well done by this company. They have great communication and their teamwork is fantastic. We had major repairs done including a new water heater and three in-ceiling/rooftop AC units installed. They came back for the city inspection and even waited when the inspector was delayed! They have also done smaller-scale kitchen sink repairs for us, and that was given the same attention to detail and expert service. Everyone has been friendly and kind. Thank you!

I just had a very good experience with Quality First Service Group. They replaced my air-conditioning unit and were very conscientious, friendly, and helpful. In particular, Jason went out of his way to communicate clearly what they were doing, and they both had to put up with needing a delivery code that kept expiring to get in my building. They had originally said they'd be finishing up around 5 or 6 tonight but had the install completed about an hour earlier. Carson was very patient and tried explaining the inner workings of the heating and air conditioning systems and looked up my water heater to give me its age and discussed possible replacement options for future reference. He was thorough in explaining how the new system works. He also came back to sweep my floor. Carson and Jason clearly know their stuff and I will personally request them for my future service needs.
