Impressed how soon to get on schedule and have technician arrive. Technician explained everything he checked and showed me issues he found. I did not know I had an issue with my heater as we only ran AC all summer. Turned out I had 2 birds fall into exhaust blower motor. So glad Zack came out before we would have switched heater on for the season.
