I had been having intermittent issues with my AC unit and it finally stopped working. I called and someone was dispatched and arrived within an hour of scheduling. Brandon Freed was extremely nice and kept me informed of the problems as he worked. He was able to get my 25 year old system working again. I will need to replace the unit soon but for the time being he was able to get it working! Very happy with the experience!

Very polite and respectful, great communication. The AC was making a clicking noise, which Chris checked out to be nothing related to the motor. Paid 89.00 for the service check. It turned out the clicking noise was the door vibrating when the unit was running.

Same-day weekend solution
Chris came out on a hot, 96-degree Sunday afternoon and performed persistent troubleshooting on my condo’s “First Co” air handler to eventually diagnose a loose connection near the switch. Nothing seemed awry until he did the examination with the power on. It was great to get a same-day, weekend solution and be back in business with cool air!

Thorough, Honest Work from Zach
I started with this company when they were NOW in 2012, and 13 years later, I have no regrets. I've had different service reps work on my furnace and condenser during that time. This is a review for the latest rep.
Zach has been doing the inspections on the furnace and condenser for the past year. He always explains what he finds, including the pictures and all of the data. He just finished work on the condenser and showed me all of the current data and the data from the last inspection and how they compared to each other. He is always very thorough in his work and always polite. If you want someone who will do thorough, honest work for you, Zach's your man.

Our A/C went out yesterday afternoon, so I submitted a request online last night. They called me first thing in the morning to let me know they’d come take a look. I called several other companies and not ONE called me back. Jeff showed up, diagnosed the problem (capacitor needed to be replaced), and fixed the system in no time at all. He really took his time to educate us on some different maintenance that should happen and things to look out for in the future. Sam arrived to install several components to my AC. Several issues arose: the pump was the wrong pump, and the fan blade was stuck on the pump. He did get it off; however, it could not be reused again. Sam was very kind and concerned about no AC until Monday. He overnighted the needed parts; they won’t arrive until Monday a.m. Sam requested a portable AC unit; so far, it is working out well.
