Get a Higher SEER Rating

SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. All air conditioners are given a SEER rating, and the higher SEER number, the more efficient the air conditioner. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, “Today’s best air conditioners use 30% to 50% less energy to produce the same amount of cooling as air conditioners made in the mid-1970s”.

Use a Smart Thermostat
