Areas of technical specialty: HVAC Installation and Servicing commercial rooftop units

Professional accreditations/achievements: EPA certified, plumbing apprentice, currently working on a degree from Front Range Community College for Heating and Air.

Professional background/history: Before going to FRCC, Kris attended Blue Ridge Community College and Manhattan Area Technical College. He worked commercial service for Gaston Heating and Air, servicing over 100 rooftop units before becoming a residential service technician for Gibson Heating and Air.

Personal background/history: Born and raised in Miami, FL, Kris moved to Daytona Beach around the age of 10. His family then moved to Polk County, NC where he graduated high school in 2000. After graduation, Kris joined the Army and was stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas. Upon returning from a one-year tour in Iraq, he got married (he met his wife on a blind date) and started a family. He ended up moving to Colorado by way of North Carolina in 2008. Kris and his wife welcomed their second son in late 2009.

What does the employee enjoy doing in their off time: Kris enjoys playing sports, playing with his sons, and hanging out with his family.
